Hi, I'm Rich.
I'm a proud Michigan State graduate with a degree in Finance and a lifelong Spartans fan, which is where the name Spartan Tax Relief comes from. After more than eight years of tax firm experience, I started my own practice in 2010 for one simple reason: I love helping people.
As an Enrolled Agent, I'm licensed by the IRS to prepare returns and represent taxpayers in all 50 states. I've been self-employed myself, so I know firsthand what it's like to juggle quarterly payments and business expenses. My clients tell me they appreciate my quick responses, my plain-English explanations, and that I'm here year-round, not just in April.
Outside of tax season, you'll find me traveling, watching a good movie, playing card games, and working on my health a little more each day. I'm also proud that through my B1G1 giving partnership, the work we do together helps people in need around the world.
