If you filed an extension for your 2022 tax returns, you only have until October 16th to get those filed. It will not be considered late if you did the extension, but if you owe any taxes those will be considered late as any taxes due are due by the April 15th filing deadline.

And if you did NOT file an extension, then you are looking at 5% penalties and interest for the first 5 months after April 15th, with interest continuing until payment is made in full to the IRS. If you want my help getting an installment agreement set up with the IRS, I can also possibly help you in that area.

While I typically do not enjoy working on tax returns in October, this year I am willing to help out a small number of taxpayers who need their 2022 returns prepared and e-filed before the deadline. By using my client-friendly and simple to use tax portal, you can in some cases get things done by Spartan Tax Relief within 7-10 days from start to finish. For many of my returning tax clients, I am able to get theirs done in 3-5 days.

If you have all of your 2022 tax documents ready and you are willing & able to use an online portal, then please go to my portal at: spartantaxrelief.taxdome.com/login and I may be able to help you out if you respond before October 10th.

And then to ease your stress around tax time, I would get you a spot in my schedule during the normal tax season of January – April. If you have any questions please email me at Rich@SpartanTaxRelief.com

Thanks and have a great day!
